Kali ini ini adalah resep andalan Rini Sumarti, yang enak dimakan bersama-sama dan digemari ibu-ibu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Bahan \/&nbsp;Ingredients<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;250 g beras basmati<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">250 g basmati rice<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;250 g daging kambing<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">250 g mutton<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">1 liter air<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">1 liter water<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;2 buah tomat<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 tomatoes<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;2 buah bawang bombay, iris-iris<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 large onions, finely sliced<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;2 sdm minyak samin<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 tbsp ghee<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 sdm bumbu biryani serbuk (Cairo food) yang komposisinya sebagai berikut : jintan, biji ketumbar, paprika, biji pala, biji kelabat, kayumanis, bunga lawang, kapulaga hijau, kunyit, daun laurel, cengkeh, cabai merah, jahe putih, lada hitam, beras putih.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 tbsp of powdered biryani spice (Cairo food) with the following composition: cumin, coriander seeds, paprika, nutmeg, kelabat seeds, cinnamon, anise, green cardamom, turmeric, laurel leaves, cloves, red chilies, white ginger , black pepper, white rice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 sdm kismis<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 tbsp raisins<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;1 sdm bawang goreng<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">1 tbsp frieds onions<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;2 siung bawang putih<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 cloves garlic <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;2 sdm mentega untuk menumis<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2 tbsp butter to saute<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;100 g yogurt<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">100 g yogurt<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;Daun ketumbar secukupnya<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Coriander leaves<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Garam secukupnya<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Cara&nbsp; \/ Method<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Rendam beras selama 30 menit, tiriskan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">Soak the rice for 30 minutes, drain well.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Blender halus bawang bombay, bawang putih, bawang goreng, tomat, daun ketumbar, yogurt, dan bumbu biryani cairo food, sisihkan. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">\n<p>Blend finely the large&nbsp;
