Rasanya belum lengkap, jika Lebaran tanpa kehadiran kacang bawang mengisi toples di meja. Kacang bawang biasanya menjadi sajian wajib saat Lebaran.<\/p>\n<p>Kali ini, kita akan membuat kacang bawang yang merupakan resep andalan keluarga Ibu Sugihartana (Indun Mindiarna). Bahan yang diperlukan cukup sederhana, tetapi rasanya luarbiasa. Kacangnya terasa sangat renyah saat digigit dan tambahan santan membuat kacang terasa lebih gurih. Yuk, kita lihat prosesnya&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Bahan -bahan \/ Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 kg kacang kupas <br \/>  <i><b>1 kg peanuts (ready peeled)&nbsp;<\/b><\/i><i><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/i>5 lbr daun jeruk <br \/> <i><b>5 kaffir lime leaves&nbsp;<\/b><\/i><i><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/i><i><b><\/b><\/i>8 siung bawang putih, memarkan <br \/> <i><b>8 cloves garlic, bruised<\/b><\/i><i><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/i>10 siung bawang putih iris tipis-tipis untuk digoreng <br \/>  <i><b>10 cloves garlic, sliced thin to fry <\/b><\/i>&nbsp;&nbsp;65 ml santan instan\/santan kelapa <br \/>  <i><b>65 ml coconut milk&nbsp;<\/b><\/i>&nbsp;2 sdm munjung garam <br \/>  <i><b>2 tbsp salt&nbsp;<\/b><\/i>&nbsp;1 sdm munjung kaldu bubuk (bisa diskip) <br \/>  <i><b>1 tbsp chicken broth (optional)&nbsp;<\/b><\/i>&nbsp;1 ltr minyak goreng <br \/>  <i><b>1 litres oil <\/b><\/i><i><b><br \/><\/b><\/i><i><b><\/b><\/i>750 ml air <br \/> <i><b>750 cc water&nbsp;<\/b><\/i><i><b><br \/><\/b><\/i><b><b>Cara Membuat \/ Methode<\/b><\/b><b><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/b><b><b><\/b><\/b>Cuci kacang tanah dan rebus air sampai mendidih <br \/>  <i><b>Washed the peanuts, and boiled water&nbsp;<\/b><\/i>&nbsp;Masukkan santan, kacang tanah, daun jeruk, garam, dan bawang putih geprek <br \/> <i><b>Add coconut milk, peanuts, kaffir lime leaves, salt and bruised garlic.<\/b><\/i><i><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/i>Aduk terus dan rebus sampai kacang terlihat agak besar dari ukuran semula kira-kira 6-10 menit. <br \/>  <i><b>Keep strring and boil until peanuts bigger than the normal size. It&rsquo;s about 6-10 minutes <\/b><\/i><i><b>&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1236\" data-original-width=\"2000\" height=\"358\" src=\"https:\/\/eksabita.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/kacangbawang252822529-1.jpg\" width=\"579\" alt=\"image\"><br \/><\/b><\/i>Matikan api, angkat dan tiriskan. Lalu masukkan kaldu bubuk <br \/> <i><b>Turn the heat off, remove them from the water, and drip dry<\/b><\/i><i><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/i><i><b><\/b><\/i>Aduk sampai tercampur rata. Pisahkan daun jeruk dan bawang geprek dari kacang  <i><b>Add the chicken broth and mix well. Separate the <\/b><\/i><i><b><i><b>kaffir lime leaves<\/b><\/i> and <\/b><\/i><i><b><i><b>bruised garlic<\/b><\/i> from the <\/b><\/i><i><b>peanuts<\/b><\/i><i><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/i><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1568\" data-original-width=\"1942\" height=\"466\" src=\"https:\/\/eksabita.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/kacangbawang252842529-1.jpg\" width=\"577\" alt=\"image\"><br \/>Biarkan agak dingin goreng irisan bawang putih dan kacang<br \/>  <i><b>Leave to cool, then fry garlic slices and peanuts<br \/><\/b><\/i>&nbsp;Jangan terlalu cokelat, karena setelah diangkat kacang bisa berubah warna <br \/>  <i><b>Fry till the peanuts golden brown. Do not take a long time, cause the colour change after remove from the oil&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/b><\/i><i><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/i>Setelah matang taburi bawang putih goreng.
